My first production React project. Justuno had more client data than it knew what to do with, so I built a nine-page analytics platform to put it to use, with visualizations nothing else in the market could match.

A full website built from the ground up for a boutique exotic vehicle consignment business, including copy, photography, and CRM setup, all built to make a complicated sales model easy to understand.

A full rebuild of Justuno's admin experience, workflows, designs, segments, account settings, and more, all brought together into one modern system after years of patchwork growth.

The original site was working against the business, generic content, placeholder photos, nothing explaining the value. I rebuilt it with real photography, video, and a self-serve booking system that handles scheduling and confirmation automatically.

Justuno's design canvas was so confusing that clients were abandoning promotions before they finished them. I built a guided wizard to replace it, and published promotions went up almost immediately.
